Another college football game has been postponed due to Hurricane Ian. That game is UCF vs SMU.
The Cavaliers were previously scheduled to host the SMU Mustangs at FBC Mortgage Stadium on Saturday. However, Hurricane Ian is causing a slight change in plans.
The game is still going on this weekend. However, it is being moved to Sunday afternoon.
“Breaking: SMU and UCF rescheduled for Sunday at noon CST,” Joseph Hoyt said.
This isn’t the only college football game scheduled this weekend. The other, at least for now, is Florida versus Eastern Washington. That game is moving to Sunday.
Meanwhile, it remains unclear how the NFL will handle Hurricane Ian and the weekend schedule.
