Earnhardt Miller, the backbone of Dale Jr.’s enterprise, has led her NASCAR Hall-Of-Fame brother since 2001 and built JR Motorsports into a multi-championship winning organization with more than 100 victories. Since then, Davis has built his business into an industry leader in producing original content and television/streaming programming.

Longtime motorsports licensee and marketer Joe Matts He was promoted to Senior Vice President, Business and Strategy for JR Motorsports. Mattes has led JRM Corporation’s sponsorship and licensing operations since 2007. LW Miller Appointed Senior Vice President of Motorsports. An accomplished racer in his own right, Miller has led the JRM Racing division since 2011. In that time, the company has won three NASCAR Xfinity titles (2014, 2017, 2018), one NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series Championship (2020), CARS. Tour the Late Model Stock Car Series crown (2017) and multiple track championships with the Late Model Program.
