NASCAR fans react to Kyle Larson-Justin Marks news with a dig at Hendrick Motorsports driver Ross Chastain in Michigan

At last week’s race at Michigan, Kyle Larson took a dig at Ross Chastain on his team radio and refused to work with him during the race.

Still, in a recent press release, he mentioned that he’s been going back and forth with Chastain’s boss, Justin Marks.

Naturally, fans were quick to point it out. On the one hand, he said he has a problem with Chastain, but on the other hand, he is more than comfortable rubbing shoulders with the boss.

To give you the full story, back in Michigan Kyle Larson asked Spotter to work with Ross Chastain. However, the #5 driver he said., “Huh, Ross [Chastain] Work with anyone. That’s ridiculous.”

However, a few individuals have revealed that Mark and Larsen were friends long before Chastain entered the picture.

Another said they both once ran together in the same team.

Although it may seem strange to see Larson becoming friends with Chastain’s boss, as it turns out, the two have been friends for a long time now. That’s why Larson was getting ready to fly first with Justin Marks.

What did Kyle Larson say during the press conference?

During the same press conference, Larson was talking about his destination. After getting the pole during qualifying for the Cup Series at Richmond Raceway, the Knoxville National was just in time for the hot laps.

During the press conference, Larson he said., “It will be tight. I hope to be on the wheels before 8, it’s 7 there, it’s an hour and 40 minute flight and I hope I land on time and arrive in time for hot laps.

“A very quick trip, flying with Justin Marks, he got me all lined up and off I went and had fun.”

He added, “I guess, Henrik, Kyle Larson and Ross Chastain, the front row is great, be good at flying with him so look forward to him and hopefully win tonight.
