We are now one month into free agency, and two months away from the start of the 2022-23 regular season. Although there are many, their teams have mostly completed their off-season business There are still big issues to be resolved. At some point in the next few weeks.

Note, most of these players are eligible to sign waivers if they choose. Only Romanov and Cates are 10.2(c) so-called players ineligible to negotiate with any team other than themselves.
