A woman was arrested on Tuesday at the home of Kentucky Wildcats men’s basketball head coach John Calipari.
As of 2011 Associated PressUniversity police arrested the woman outside the residence hall and charged her with trespassing and six counts of credit card theft. Credit card theft not linked to Calipari.
University spokeswoman Christy Willett said the woman was “looking for someone who does not live in the residence” and that “the incident was not related to Calipari or his family.” Caleb Stultz of the Louisville Courier Journal.
Calipari has been the head coach of the Wildcats since the 2009-10 season following stints at Massachusetts and Memphis.
In his 13 seasons at Kentucky, he is widely regarded as one of the best coaches in the nation, with one national championship, four playoff appearances, 10 NCAA tournament appearances, six SEC regular season titles and six SEC tournament championships.
