Teammates Get into scuffles Always behind the scenes, but it’s not every day that someone is approached to become a crime scene.

That’s what happened between Hall of Famer Hakeem Olajuwon and his ex. Houston Rockets Teammate Vernon Maxwell during a game in Seattle.

Maxwell won. Two rings in Houston During his 12-year NBA career, he dived into Gilbert Arenas’ “No Child’s Play” podcast and recalled his wild play with “The Dream” after complaining about his limited play heading into halftime of that game.

Olajuwon yelled at Maxwell from behind and “hit the SS outside of me,” Maxwell recalled.

“That motherf—- hit me so hard, man, it knocked me off the chair,” Maxwell said. “I got up and grabbed my chair and threw it at the motherf— and collected the glass in the locker room.”

Thankfully, no one was hurt and Maxwell called Olajuwon a “great teammate.” The pair won back-to-back titles in 1994 and 1995.
