The Dolphins organization has forfeited its 2023 first-round pick and 2024 third-round pick as a result of the fraud allegations announced Tuesday.
NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy told the Providence Journal that Brady will not be disciplined by Dolphins brass for what happened.
Tuesday’s news made things a little more complicated for Brady, Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and the New England organization. Talking to the Dolphins while the team is in training camp or fighting for a playoff spot during the regular season doesn’t make Brady look good. While the news doesn’t seem like enough to hurt Brady’s relationship with his wife, Robert Kraft, or alienate himself from his loyal fan base, it does make things a little more difficult.

Will it shed more light on why things fell apart in 2019 and how much he wanted out of New England? Absolutely.
On Wednesday, Belichick did not comment on the Dolphins’ situation.
“Yeah, I’m not worried about that,” Belichick said when asked about the news. “I’m trying to get into training camp.”
